A strong mentor provides clear objectives, regular support, constructive feedback, and a clear path for development. They are the guide who helps a young professional navigate the early stages of their career.

Our dedicated mentors and tutors came together for a special event designed to support them in this vital role. This meeting was a valuable opportunity for our mentors to gain new insights and share their experiences.

The session covered a range of essential topics, including:

  • 📝 Understanding the details of apprenticeship contracts. 
  • ⚖️ The rights and responsibilities of both the apprentice and the mentor.
  • 📈 Tips for guiding an apprentice towards success. 
  • 💬 A space for sharing best practices and addressing questions.
