The transition from school to the professional world can often feel like a huge step into the unknown. For many young people, the "corporate world" feels like a closed door. That is why we believe that providing a concrete, welcoming first immersion into a company is a crucial step for their future.
D-EDGE was delighted to welcome five students for their discovery internship. For the 5th consecutive year, we have renewed our partnership with the association ViensVoirMonTaf to support young people from priority education zones as they take their first steps into a professional environment.
A week of energy and exchange
The week was a resounding success, filled with workshops, job shadowing and plenty of questions! Our teams were equally inspired by the students' fresh perspectives and enthusiasm. It is a powerful reminder that while we are experts in hospitality tech, our most important "product" is the impact we have on people. 💜
