Some specific elements of your future employment contract
-
In Spain, employment contracts are concise, with a legal framework defined by law and collective agreements. Many practical elements, internal procedures and related rights are governed outside the contract, through internal regulations, HR policies or specific agreements.
-
Non-exhaustive list of elements not mentioned in the employment contract but nevertheless in force:
• Variable remuneration, bonuses and allowances if any mentioned in the letter of intention
• Benefits: meal vouchers, home office allowance, health insurance... -
Regarding your annual paid leave, there is a slight difference between the letter of intention you received (25 working days) and the contract you will receive (33 calendar days).
It corresponds to the same amount of annual leave, simply expressed in two different ways.
