🎯 WHAT YOU'LL DO
We are looking for an experienced and ambitious Sales Manager based in Da Nang, Vietnam, to join our APAC Commercial team.
You will be responsible for developing D-EDGE's business across Central Vietnam by identifying new opportunities, managing the full sales cycle, and building long-term partnerships with hotels and hospitality groups. You will work closely with hotel owners, General Managers, Revenue Managers, and other decision-makers to help them grow their online business through D-EDGE's industry-leading technology solutions.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute a sales strategy to grow D-EDGE's presence across Da Nang and Central Vietnam.
Identify, prospect, and acquire new hotel clients through cold calling, networking, referrals, social selling, and industry events.
Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting and qualification through negotiation and contract signature.
Build strong relationships with hotel owners, General Managers, Revenue Managers, and key stakeholders.
Conduct discovery meetings to understand client objectives and recommend tailored solutions.
Present and demonstrate D-EDGE's hospitality technology portfolio, including distribution solutions, booking engine, connectivity, and digital marketing services.
Prepare commercial proposals, pricing, and business cases aligned with client needs.
Negotiate commercial terms and successfully close new business opportunities.
Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and forecasting within Salesforce CRM.
Collaborate closely with Customer Success, Account Management, and Technical teams to ensure successful client onboarding and long-term customer satisfaction.
Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and new business opportunities within the Vietnamese hospitality market.
Represent D-EDGE at hospitality events, trade shows, networking functions, and client meetings.
Consistently achieve or exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
🦸♂️ WHAT YOU'LL BRING
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in B2B sales, hospitality technology, SaaS, digital solutions, hotel distribution, or travel technology.
Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
Experience managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
Strong knowledge of the hospitality industry and hotel commercial operations is highly desirable.
Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to engage confidently with C-level executives and senior hotel decision-makers.
Strong commercial acumen and consultative selling approach.
Experience using CRM platforms such as Salesforce.
Highly self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented.
Strong organizational, planning, and time-management skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
Fluent in Vietnamese and English, both written and spoken.
Based in Da Nang and willing to travel throughout Vietnam as required.
