🎯 WHAT YOU’LL DO
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive based in Hanoi, Vietnam, to join our APAC Commercial team.
You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with hotel decision-makers, and promoting D-EDGE's innovative hospitality technology solutions. This role is ideal for a sales professional who enjoys prospecting, engaging clients, and helping hotels maximize their online revenue.
Responsibilities
Identify and prospect new hotel clients through cold calling, email outreach, networking, referrals, social media, and industry events.
Build and maintain strong relationships with hotel owners, General Managers, Revenue Managers, and other hospitality stakeholders.
Conduct discovery calls and client meetings to understand business needs and challenges.
Present and demonstrate D-EDGE's solutions, including hotel distribution, booking engine, and digital marketing products.
Prepare proposals and commercial offers tailored to client requirements.
Support negotiations and assist in closing new business opportunities.
Maintain an accurate and up-to-date sales pipeline in Salesforce CRM.
Work closely with Customer Success and Account Management teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and opportunities within the Vietnamese hospitality industry.
Represent D-EDGE at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities.
🦸♂️ WHAT YOU’LL BRING
Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, hospitality, SaaS, technology, or digital solutions.
Strong interest in hospitality technology, e-commerce, and digital distribution.
Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
Confidence in engaging with senior stakeholders and decision-makers.
Experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce is an advantage.
Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented mindset.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
Fluent in Vietnamese and English, both written and spoken.
Based in Hanoi and willing to travel within Vietnam when required.
