🎯 WHAT YOU’LL DO
We are looking for an experienced and ambitious Sales Manager based in Jakarta to drive business growth and strengthen D-EDGE's presence across the Indonesian hospitality market.
You will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, building strategic relationships with hotel partners, and managing the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute a sales strategy to grow D-EDGE's market share across Indonesia.
Identify, prospect, and acquire new hotel clients through cold calling, networking, referrals, industry events, and digital channels.
Build and maintain strong relationships with hotel owners, General Managers, Revenue Managers, and other key decision-makers.
Conduct discovery meetings to understand customer challenges and recommend tailored D-EDGE solutions.
Deliver compelling product presentations, demonstrations, and commercial proposals.
Lead negotiations and close new business opportunities to achieve revenue targets.
Manage and maintain an accurate sales pipeline and forecast using Salesforce CRM.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities within the hospitality technology landscape.
Collaborate closely with Marketing, Customer Success, and Product teams to ensure successful client acquisition and onboarding.
Represent D-EDGE at industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events across Indonesia.
🦸♂️ WHAT YOU’LL BRING
Minimum 5 years of successful B2B sales experience, preferably within hospitality technology, SaaS, hotel distribution, travel technology, or digital solutions.
Strong understanding of the Indonesian hospitality market and hotel ecosystem.
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Experience managing complex sales cycles and engaging with senior-level stakeholders.
Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Experience using Salesforce CRM or similar sales management tools.
Strong analytical and business acumen with the ability to identify revenue opportunities.
Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.
Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English, both written and spoken.
Based in Jakarta and willing to travel across Indonesia as required.
