🎯 WHAT YOU'LL DO
As Regional Manager – Thailand (Bangkok-based), you will lead D-EDGE’s commercial efforts in the Thai hospitality market. You will not only drive new business but also inspire and manage a local sales team to achieve ambitious revenue targets. You will play a key role in shaping the regional sales strategy and strengthening D-EDGE’s market presence.
Your main responsibilities include:
Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing local sales team, including Sales Managers and Account Managers.
Identify and prospect new hotel clients across Thailand using multiple channels: cold calls, emails, client visits, events, and social media.
Define and implement a strategic sales plan aligned with D-EDGE’s commercial objectives in Thailand.
Conduct discovery calls and client meetings to understand business needs and demonstrate D-EDGE solutions.
Prepare proposals, deliver impactful product demos, and negotiate contract terms.
Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closing, while ensuring the team meets or exceeds targets.
Maintain an accurate and up-to-date sales pipeline in Salesforce CRM.
Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams to ensure seamless go-to-market execution.
Represent D-EDGE at industry events, webinars, and client workshops in Thailand, strengthening the company’s brand and partnerships.
🦸♂️ WHAT YOU'LL BRING
Minimum 3–5 years of B2B sales experience, ideally in hospitality, SaaS, or digital services.
Proven leadership experience managing and developing a sales team.
Strong interest in hotel technology and digital distribution.
Bilingual fluency in English and Thai; additional languages are a plus.
Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Salesforce CRM (or similar CRM tools).
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Strategic mindset with the ability to define and execute sales plans.
High energy, curiosity, and a proactive approach to learning and growth.
Ability to work independently and in collaboration with an international, cross-functional team.
