🎯 WHAT YOU'LL DO
We’re looking for a dynamic and client-focused Junior Account Manager to join our team. You’ll be responsible for managing and developing a portfolio of hotel clients, ensuring they get the most out of our solutions and services.
Act as the first point of contact for assigned accounts and ensure all interactions reflect our brand values.
Your missions:
- Manage a portfolio of hotel clients in your assigned region.
- Ensure client satisfaction and retention through regular engagement and support.
- Proactively identify upsell opportunities and contribute to revenue growth targets.
- Deliver impactful product presentations and training to clients.
- Monitor key performance indicators and prepare regular performance reports.
- Handle client feedback and complaints in a professional and solution-oriented manner.
- Support internal teams with customer insights and participate in cross-functional collaboration.
🦸♂️WHAT YOU'LL BRING
- At least 2 years of experience in account management, sales, or hotel revenue management/e-commerce.
- Knowledge of hotel distribution systems and the hospitality industry.
- Bilingual fluency in local language and English; additional languages are a plus.
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Salesforce CRM.
- Clear and confident communication skills—both written and verbal.
- A structured, reliable, and client-first mindset.
- A solution-oriented attitude with strong problem-solving capabilities.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
